This website is run by Rise Scaffolding, 42-60 Dalmain Road, London, SE23 1AT. You can email us at risescaffolding@aol.com. Our current contact details are always on our contact page.

What we collect and why

When you ask for a quote or send us a message through the form on this website, we collect your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and what you tell us about the job: the type of scaffold, what the job is, the site postcode, whether the scaffold will stand on the pavement or road, when you need it up and anything else you write. If you add photos of the building, we collect those too.

We use these details only to reply to you and to price and plan your job. What you send is stored on the website and emailed to us so that we can answer it. Photos are kept privately and are never shown on the website. We keep your enquiry until we delete it.

Who looks after the website

The website is hosted for us in the United Kingdom by British Web Design, who process this information on our behalf and deliver the website's email. They do not use it for anything else.

Cookies

The website sets a session cookie and a security cookie that every visitor needs: they keep the forms working and protect them from misuse. Our own count of visitors does not use cookies.

If we switch on Google Analytics or advertising tags in the future, a banner will ask you first, and nothing of the kind is set until you accept. Your answer is remembered in your browser.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email us at the address above and we will help.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
